    I've been happy for several years of thruhiking and shorter pack trips with wallets made from three to five 4×6" ziploc bags cut to 4×4 and duct taped together.

    These wallets wear out eventually, but are reasonably waterproof. They weight 0.3 oz in the 3 bag size. Each additional bag adds about 0.1 oz.
