Hey BPL staff, My Ti tip was loose then came out. Do I glue it back? What glue do you recommend? The Ti tip looks like a screw but pole and tip will not screw together..Any recommendations appreciated.
Komperdell Warranty??

Jay,
If you haven't done so, I recommend using Help/MySupport to open a ticket. I have found BPL to be very responsive to this mode of trouble resolution. (And not just related to "Orders")

Good Luck.

Absolutely- BPL will take care of you!

It's not ti, by the way- it's a carbide steel alloy.

Using the official Help Support function of the Web site will always be superior than posting to this forum. As you can see, days, or even weeks can go by without me checking this forum (sometimes I forget, and I apologize). However, I check customer support requests many times a day.

The nice thing about this forum is that you'll get the handy-dandy help of fellow BPL members and readers whom may have a better (or at least faster) answer than I.

Hey Sam,

I think it would be helpful to notify the BPL community–especially those of us who purchased this item here– about what appears to be a common problem w the Stix tips. If you will recall, I was advised to contact the manufacturer, and after I received a replacemnet tip I then had to contact BPL about the recommended procedure to repair. Wouldn't it be possible to email everyone who purchased Stix and explain the situation? It was really annoying to have to carry one pole on my pack for a few days because the tip came off and I couldn't find it. An ounce (or a gram) of prevention (i.e., glue) would have prevented this from happening. Mike
