Hi all,
Doesn't work well for me (Firefox) and the main picture frame is off centre. Also the type is too small, please try a bigger font.
As a designer/ photographer, I wouldn't release a new website until all the bugs were sorted out.
Great packs, though…

Hi John – what version of Firefox? I use an Apple and I can see it just fine through Firefox.

Sorry Fred – I will call you Fred, not John going forward!

V3.0 is out. Maybe try downloading?

Amusing page. Especially the warning and the leash for "technical cat-hole excavacation".

I wonder if advertising it as a cat-hole trowel actually releases them from liability should it fail when used as an ice axe.

My problem is that I'm on a work computer and don't have admin rights to upgrade my browser. The IT pretty much force us to all use the same scummy browser, but I don't know why I can't load the ULA site??? There aren't many sites that don't run in our browser.

Sounds like your IT department needs a seminar on the importance of keeping software updated. Firefox has been in version 3 since June of last year.

An outdated browser doesn't just mean incompatibility with newer websites, but also poses a big security risk. You might mention that the next time you see one of your friendly IT personnel.

Edit: Mixed posts in my head.

Second part refers to Lynn. You really should mention the need for an up-to-date browser to your company IT force. As a former IT employee myself I don't know why they don't keep you updated, it only makes their job easier in the long run.

Fred, since Firefox is open source, its free to update. There's really no reason not to do it unless you're on old hardware that just can't handle the newest version of Firefox. The same reasons apply to you: website compatibility, security, bug fixes, etc.

Firefox 3.5 was released last week. I am running it, and so far recommend it. I don't care about some of their new features, but it *is* visibly faster.

I do agree with the earlier poster that keeping up with versions once your IT folks are convinced the new one is stable is good from a security point of view.
