I'm just happy it doesn't say that that he and Casey will be out in April ;)

It is missing information on the new panel loader, however.

I hope he keeps his trip report feature, I really enjoyed this in the past. It may be there but I have yet to find it.

Awesome. I've said here quite a few times before that the cottage manufacturers, who sell most of their gear online, need better pictures and videos of their products.

So congrats ULA on getting some videos up. The rotational images (which have been there a while now) are also excellent.

Having videos with *people* in them holding the backs is extremely useful for getting a sense of scale. As a result of watching these videos it has become apparent to me that the circuit and catalyst packs are both quite a bit smaller than I was imagining. I was imagining the catalyst as a bit of a monster back because everyone talks about how big it is.

Small quibble… I'd like to see some photos or a video showing all of your packs together in greater detail. The start of the video shows all four packs together, but is taken from a bit far away and on an angle… at first I thought they were four identical packs sitting on the bench!

Since it is easy to shoot and post youtube videos, would it be possible to add some more videos to the website? Or to make the included videos longer? I'd like to see someone load up the pack with a few things and then see them actually wearing it. Again, it really helps with getting a good sense of the size.

But it's a great effort so far. It certainly makes it more enticing to order a ULA pack sight unseen!

I think it looks great, well done Brian. Now how about that front loading pack :)

Love the new site, works excellent in Safari 4.0. Excellent web design and usability there, and with the small details like photos of the shop, history and owner's message it has a very personal feel to it, which I really appreciate. Thumbs up!

Looks nice, I like that the rotate feature is still there.

BUT, the zoom feature does not work for me … either that or I'm not patient enough, been waiting several minutes for the zoomable photo to appear (FireFox v3.0.5)

>>BUT, the zoom feature does not work for me<<

It didn't work for me either, Jim. I'm using Chrome as my primary browser.

Cant get to the flyouts. They need to open directly to the right, not at the bottom of the frame.

Nice work.
But unless I'm missing something I seems like Brian forgot to include the weight of the packs.
And I agree that some close-ups of the packs in the video would have been nice.

Thanks to all about the new site…your comments and suggestions are appreciated. Many of the things you noticed/mentioned are in the works. When? No idea. At this point we are happy to have it launched and operating as well as it is. Enjoy your Holiday weekend!
