What is the smallest diameter line that you have used with no slippage with the small size Figure 9's (the metal ones)?
The Figure 9 instructions say the smallest cord recommended is 2mm in diameter.
I have used AirCore Pro which has a 1.7mm diameter successfully.
Mar 22, 2011 at 1:25 pm #1712776Saw this old thread and thought I'd bump it in case anyone else was wondering. I've used braided Home Depot mason line which I believe is about 1.5 mm (listed as #18 size). It held fine in light to moderate wind.
