Yeah. I was just checking it out. Looks pretty cool. Price seems a little high. For only $45 more you can just get the Wild Oasis. Which I already have.

That was one of my first DIY projects Momentum top and silnylon bottom. I think about 65 bucks in materials. Made it in one evening.meteor bivy

The listed price on the Meteor and Swift are not final. I needed to enter prices into the database in order for the software to function. I'm still waiting on final cost and expect that the final price to be less. I should be posting it tomorrow afternoon.

It should be a little less expensive to build than the Serenity. However, material cost is higher. Especially the DWR fabric.

@Ron…

It would also be great if you would post the actual dimensions of the Meteor Bivy. As of last night, the website showed only the area and not the dimensions. Thanks for offering this product!!

Ron, I am really glad you started to produce these and sell them. I've been wanting a bivy like this since you first published the patterns way back when. I will be ordering one soon.

Yep, I would also like to know the updated price, as I am in the market for some good, lightweight, bug protection.

How soon can we order, Ron?

Michael
