I suppose you are a JMT junkie when you can look at these three random photos posted and immediately know exactly where they were taken before even reading the captions…and it's also pretty obvious you were there later in the season than I usually go. Late August?

Scanned some stuff from 1992 over the winter – here my usual warmup hike to the top of Mount Dana right off Tioga Pass in Yosemite. 13,000 feet and a view like no other.

We'll be on the trail around 6/30 again – southbound from Tuolumne at first, then back north and into the Valley at the end of July.

This is on the PCT alternate to the JMT, just east of 100 Island Lake on Agnew Pass looking at Banner and Ritter

Seen from Mount Dana, TM is on the top right with Lembert Dome barely showing up from this angle. The Tioga Road below comes from the pass just outside the image on the bottom right and leads down to the Meadows.

I have no pictures to add. This hike is on my list for the summer of 2012 (I hope). Thanks to everyone who has posted, I go through this thread probably twice a week.
