Folks, please be respectful of the fact that "G Spot" — like G Man is all about governments and politics! Going forward, please post only:

1. political diatribes
2. angry retorts
3. ad hominem attacks

Gear junkies — please go somewhere else. Thank you.

Some guys can't find the "G Spot" and end up questioning its existence. How can you ask them to respect it?

And now, back to your regularly scheduled forum posts.

what does ad hominem mean? (least I didn't ask what a g spot was ; )

Yeah, that Ben, what a gear loser! He has lousy taste in politics, gear and in shoes. And he can't cook.

Heehee…..Lol! Love ya Ben ;-)

Hominem : homicidal M&M's. (the purple ones)
But ignore Ben, how can you trust a man that changes his tent every season ?

Why don't they make white M&M's?

Because they'd enslave the black M&M's, …
steal all the red M&Ms' land, …
hunt the blue M&M's to extinction, …
accuse the yellow M&M's of obstructing trade, …
start a panic that the little green M&M's were invading
the Earth, …
and complain that the bloody brown M&M's were taking all
their jobs.

[Had to change from d8mn to bloody again :>)]

Dave, if it is a waste of space, then why do you reply? Isn't that wasting more space?

lol…..

My 'amusing' thread keeps bobbing back to the top! :)

I sometimes picture Dave T as a lone Italian cop — desperately trying to direct traffic in Rome or Naples — and all the cars just zoom by haphazardly — ignoring him and belching exhaust at him. Poor Dave.

All kidding, of course.

Now, responding to Rod… they do (or did) make white M&M's!!! Don't know about black ones though… but that's probably just yet another example of rampant racism and evil in America…

Well gee, Dave, we don't much like looking at your feet either — every bloody time that you post…

Ad hominem attack. :)

1+ on the feet thang. There's a person on another forum that has feet in bloody socks as an avatar. What was he/she thinking? I almost gag every time they post..lol.

Not even the the Chaff section is safe. I was personally and brutally attacked and accused of 'being in poor taste', whatever that means. All i was doing was rick rolling.

I visit the G spot everyday, sometimes multiple times per day, and there is nothing wrong with some humor infused in it, especially low brow humor. Quite frankly, there hasn't been much useful information coming from it in the past month or two, and that can be said for most of the forums on this site and others. May as well keep it entertaining to some degree if no more progress can be made.

Why thank you, David!

I wonder if "The Feet" will re-join the hearty bantering here? :)

Avatars are just like "chaff" threads in the G-spot. you don't HAVE to look at them if you don't want to. I've never seen Daves feet, so as far as I'm concerned he can post as often as he feels like it…

I might really upset the cart someday by accidentally posting a thread about gear in the Chaff section :o

OR I could turn this into a thread about GEAR…the title of the thread makes me think about G-strings, and then I wondered how many UL women (or men) wear G-strings to save weight?

Guys

This has really gone a bit too far. I would like to ask you all to let this thread die NOW, as of this point. NO further postings on this thread please.

I do have the option of deleting the entire thread, but I really do not want to have to do such a thing. It reeks of censorship too much. But, if Ryan and Don decide this is all too much, then I will have to hit the delete button.

Cheers

"And he can't cook." No, but he sure knows some great restaurants. ;>)

"what does ad hominem mean?" That's someone who works on Madison Ave. ;>)

Real Ultralighters prefer their gear with no strings attached, thank you.
Oops, sorry Roger. I didn't see your admonition until it was too late.
