Prolite Gear is back!

As much as I want that to be the case, I don't think they are operating as a retailer / etailer anymore. Emphasis seems to have shifted to reviews: "ProLite Gear is the leading shopping guide and product review website for high performance outdoor gear."

All of the products are out of stock but they link to other retailers that carry the product. Looks like they did a quick revamp of the site to get ad revenue traffic.

Sounds like a totally different company. Maybe they just bought the defunct name and website? cheers

I emailed them last year about something I was trying to buy. A few months later I got an email back that they were no longer a retailer and would be an outdoor gear reviewer only. I did like a lot of their videos. However, some can be overly long. The magic length for product reviews is 3-5 min.

they are definitely not back; too bad- they were local by Montana standards (90 minute drive)
