I slip a circular titanium disc between the stove and canister to reflect heat away from canister and up toward the pot.

Ordered Sept 7th, shipped Sept 9th. Still haven't received it. The tracking number provided pulls up nothing. There is the photo of the package on a scale but thats it… I just want it :(

Ordered from gearbest on 16-Aug-2015. Still waiting. Responses from support are sporadic, and basically ask me to wait. Personally I'd say order elsewhere.

Recap: Ordered on July 24 for $10.96. Never arrived. Update: After several emails, Gearbest asked if I wanted a refund or for them to resend. I asked for a resend and got a credit instead, and was told to submit a new order. Ordered a new one on October 12 for $18.72, which included tracking. It arrived yesterday in good shape.

still waiting, almost 2 months… contacted and they basically told me to wait until 60 days until they can do anything about it.

> still waiting, almost 2 months… Bad, I agree, but I doubt that Gearbest are responsible for the delay. My wife waited 4 months for a second-hand book from Amazon once. Thing was, the book couldn't be replaced. Cheers

Mine ended up not arriving so I just decided to get a refund. Although they did it as a store credit. My recommendation is always take the option of a tracking code so there is some accountability to the manufacturers.
