I haven't been receiving PMs. I checked my email address in my profile and it is correct. Nothing in my spam folder. Any ideas?

Try sending yourself a personal message through BPL.

How? When I click on my name the "send personal message" link does not appear. Sorry if I'm missing something obvious.
I can see the send PM button on your profile. I just sent you a pm to see if it gets through.

Edit: I'll be gone for the day, so will continue this later. In the meantime, edit your email address to anything different, save, then change it back to your valid address, just to be sure there isn't a "hidden" typo somewhere.
I followed your instructions and changed my address to my work email and received confirmation of the change from BPL. I then then changed my address back to my personal email. I received a confirmation from BPL on my personal email.
Have you checked your spam filter?

I did get your PM saying that you did Not get mine.
After the sanity check of your email address, I'm out of guesses.
What email program are you using?
I'm using outlook.
I did check the spam filter. Besides, if it was my spam filter, why would the BPL newsletter and the change messages come through but not the PMs?
I'll changed my email address to my work address. If you PM me and it arrives, that would indicate there is something odd with my home email or outlook. My work email is gmail.
When you say it's not in your junk mail box/folder, I'm assuming you mean on your computer. Have you signed in to Outlook.com to ensure it's not held up there in the junk mail box? That could prevent it from getting to your computer.
The account is set up through my email provider, Surewest. Outlook.com doesn't recognize it. Did you try sending a PM to my work email account?

Okay, did you try logging in to your webmail through the Surewest site to see if it's on their servers?
