Companion forum thread to:
Mar 4, 2015 at 8:26 pm #2180074"Namga Parbat and K2 are the two 8000 m peaks that have never been climbed – there are a total of 14 8000 m peaks in the world."

DanMar 5, 2015 at 3:42 am #2180133Looks like the missing words are "in winter". But yeah, glaringly wrong the way it's written.
Mar 5, 2015 at 10:40 am #2180268Yes, I messed that up and left "in the winter" out…was this what you were referring to? I found that there are 14 8000m peaks and K2 and Nanga Parbat are the two that have never been climbed in the winter.
Mar 5, 2015 at 12:00 pm #2180304Eric, maybe Ryan is looking for a new writer and fact-checker. Who proofread this?

Mar 5, 2015 at 12:40 pm #2180316I wrote it and proofread it…yeah I definitely missed a few things this time. Is the info about the 8000m peaks still wrong or has it been corrected?
Mar 5, 2015 at 1:10 pm #2180323Eric- it's correct.
Bob- Give him a break. This isn't the New York Times.
