At what point should a search for somebody missing in the backcountry be suspended?
Do we know all there is to know about the High Sierra already?
What’s your favorite backcountry campsite?
1) Too many variables. Each case needs to be evaluated itself.
2) I’m happy with topographical maps. Some funding for trail maintenance in my lifetime would be nice in a select few areas.
3) You’re kidding. Certainly not in any National Parks
