Jetboil continues to improve their innovative product line with the introduction of the Group Cooking System (GCS). The key difference between the GCS and the lauded Personal Cooking System is found in the 1.5 liter capacity pot. While a half liter increase in volume may not sound like much it should prove enough to make the Jetboil GCS a viable option for cooking for small groups especially if the sneaky boil over issues of the PCS no longer apply or are substantially reduced even when the pot is fairly full. Besides the burner and 1.5 liter pot the GCS comes with a pot support (1.2 ounces) and fuel canister support base (0.8 ounces). The complete Group Cooking System weighs 19 ounces.
- Weighs 19 ounces (540 g) and is 7.0 inches wide by 4.5 inches tall (175mm by 110mm).
- The Group Cooking System employs a 1.5 liter pot
- Boil time for 0.5 liters remains 2 minutes and the boil time for 1.0 liters is claimed to be 4 minutes
