This is part of the sale of a lot of my childrens hiking gear that they have now grown out of. Check out my other post for a montbell EX lite XS down jacket if you are interested in some other gear for your kids!

Get your kids on the trail! This is actually my second for sale post for selling my kids hiking clothes. I did another one a few years ago, for 2 more sets….which was for a 3-4 year old, and 5-6 year old. Now, this is for 7-9, and 9-11 year olds or so, depending on your childrens size.

Its sad that they have grown out of these, but….now they are hiking experts! (my family of 5 have done wonderland, tahoe rim trail, glacier, whitney and jmt). If you start them young, they won’t complain (as much) as teenagers!

Anyway, lots of stuff here. Most everything is neutral gender (I had both girls/boys that would wear the same sets of clothes)

REI boys hiking shirt 10-12 size (just a little pilling on the back)

REI girls mountainmaker pants 10-12 excellent condition, few loose threads on back

REI boys size 6-7 shirt excellent condition

North face boys 10-12 size tan pants (one trail sewn repair near knee, 1″ length)

REI boys size 8 brown convertible hiking pants (two small ember holes, and wear on bottom cuffs)

2 frogg togg kids tops size S, S/M. Pink is in great condition, blue has wear

2 White Sierra rain pants, size S and XS (can’t use frogg togg pants, they rip instantly in the crotch)

REI fleece pants size 10-12 (great condition, just 2 ember holes)

1 pair of polyester baselayer/pajama top/bottoms

Obermeyer fleece beanie

2 pairs of fingerless gloves

1 pair smartwool crew socks

1 pair smartwool 3/4 length socks

2 pair smartwool thin ankle socks (no holes in any of the socks)

Deuter fox 30 pack 43.4oz heavy duty adjustable pack

Osprey imp 23 pack 38oz heavy duty adjustable pack

Osprey zip 19.8oz. Modified pack (removed shock cord, a few straps, etc to drop weight for the kids).

Packs are a bit heavy, but there are just not good options for kids in this range. When moving to teenagers, I got zpacks scout packs, but those are still too big for kids 10 and under.

There is a lot of value here, and these have so many miles left for these clothes. I really hope they go to a great family since they have treated us so well.

It was hard to make a price, but retail pricing (deuter fox 30 $120, osprey pack $130, osprey zip $50, smartwool socks $8 each, shirts and pants are $35-$45 each, etc), has to be north of $600….

So everything together ( I prefer to ship as one package), is $200 shipped free.

I will make sure its packed very well with plenty of materials to make sure it arrives to you safely!
