I’ve only been to Yosemite Valley once and the theme park levels of overcrowding drove me away despite the beauty. I may have to reconsider my choice to not return.

You are welcome Matthew. The overcrowding is certainly still there, but was easily avoided by going mid-week and staying off the popular trails (or off trails altogether).
