My girlfriend is having a hell of a time finding a decent pair of high-waisted rainpaints. Any recommendations would be appreciated: 2.5 layer, 3 layer, side zip, no zip, 5oz to 16oz range. Anything. Thanks!

Piper. I know what you mean. I got medium rain pants from Light Heart Gear, and they go all the way up to my man boobs :)
