Wisconsin Hiking Trip Help!

Hi all,

I’m flying over from the UK in mid-september for a 2 week holilday. The initial plan had been to hike the SHT, however things have changed and so now i only have around 5 days available for backpacking. My fiancee is based in Madison and so i need some help planning a trip of about 150 miles in the wisconsin area. I’m thinking maybe something along the NCT from Copper Falls State Park. Ideally it would be a circular route but i’m not sure how feasible this is.

If anyone has any ideas for me it’d be much appreciated. This is a very last minute change of plans and i’m sad to not be doing the SHT this year…but it’ll still be there next year.
