Another whitewater kayaking day trip run down the Upper Lehigh river in PA, from Whitehaven to Rockport. Running class 2 and 3 rapids, this was another damn release day, and the water was at 1420cfs.. our last trip is was 750cfs!! I forgot my camera, so Paul filmed for the day, sent me all the footage and i put it together and posted it.  My son and i are in the red Antix kayaks. He had 2 successful rolls for the day, while i had 3 successful swims, lol. Unfortunately my swims were not caught on camera( perhaps i am a fast swimmer), lmao. Claudio also had successful roll, but his 1 swim was caught in action on film!! We all had a great day and obviously we are still learning as we go.. then only way to improve whitewater kayaking is to get out on the river and do it!! Thanks Paul for filming the day and also thanks for leading the team down the river.
