What Social Cause should we support?

I suggested to our management that we give out proceeds to a number of social causes (Frankly, it’d also help with some tax deductions too) similar to what Tom’s shoes does with Buy a Shoe, Give a shoe sort of thing or some other companies that plant trees or feed children from proceeds of every sale.
