What pocket data book for CT hike

im leaving for CT on July 2 to start several sections. I like paper maps and have the topos and will use paper to backup my caltopo on the iPhone..Anyone use Erik the Black pocket data book? Is it better than the CT. Pocket data book?

any feedback is appreciated.

I had both the CT Databook and Erik the Black’s last summer.  IMHO, for the CT, Erik is almost useless, whereas the official CT one was excellent.  Several times, I was reluctant to trust the CT book, and it turned out to be 100% correct, even when the terrain lead me to think it would be wrong!

Erik rocks for the JMT (which was why I thought he’d be good for the CT), but any of his other atlas’ (CT, PCT) are a lot less accurate.
