Anyone know how I can actually receive the 20% off for renewal? My sub hasnt expired and I received the “20% off for renewals” email, but it seems to the the same price for annual – 24.99.

Long time, unfixed (as far as I know) issue with renewals. There are other threads about it as well. If if still hasn’t been fixed yet, I’d assume it’s just not a priority for BPL to do so.
seems like nothing with BPL is really a priority anymore. :/
