I have been out of the loop for a bit.  I remember the warmest for weight jacket for under a shell was the RAB Flash jacket using Alpha Direct.  Is this still the case or is there something that is as or warmer for the weight under a shell?  Thank you.

Primaloft have come out with a material that looks very similar to Alpha. If so, the OMM Core Jacket might be a good option; missing as it does the fleece panels, it could be warmer at a lighter weight.*

*It should be noted that this is speculation as I haven’t seen Primaloft Next in the flesh.

That looks nice at 7oz.  Too bad I need an XXL ;).
