Is Big Sky the only one who makes a 2 person tent that weighs 4 lbs or less and has a solid fabric inner tent with mosquito netting windows that can be closed?

By weight, you mean the tent itself and poles excluding guylines, etc, yes?
SlingFin Crossbow (it also has a vent that goes all the way to the outside of the tent) 4 lbs 5 oz with the crossbow truss. About 4 lbs without the truss.
Any of the sub 4 lb Hilleberg tents.
Are you ruling out the single-walled mountaineering tents from Black Diamond and MSR? The MSR Advance Pro is sub 3 lbs
Also check out tents from Stone Glacier and Kuiu.

Thanks for the info.
Stephenson Warmlite although you cannot see to the outside through the side windows unless the side panels covering the windows are guyed out. You can look out through the upper vents though, which can be closed. The 2R is close to 3 pounds and the 3R is 4 pounds 4 oz.
