Hmm. I saw maybe a bluff charge of 10 or 15 feet. But when were the clueless hikers in any danger??? The bear was out foraging, probably for huckleberries.
Wow, so run and separate – way to behave like prey! The bear didn’t really come close to them, fortunately.
