Does anyone know what’s going on Vado?
I ordered something December 5. And it hasn’t been shipped yet. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to them via other website and Facebook, I’m getting ghosted.
There was some decent feedback on them being legitimate here so I’m asking the question here.
I also ordered on Dec. 5th, shipping notification Dec. 6th, delivered Dec. 12th.
I ordered on Dec 8th and received it already.
To close the loop on this.
I tried any number of ways to get in touch with them. They never responded. When I reached out to AMEX to dispute it, the money was refunded without comment.
It could have been handled better but I they did the right thing when forced to.
