I made this video for fun, but in all honesty, with all this talk (including myself) about low base weights and cutting comfort for extra distance and such, I decided to go on a 3 day backpacking trip with my wife that utilized all the “ultralight luxury” gear I have acquired over the years that make short trips (both in duration and distance) like this feel more like a relaxing vacation than my typical death march trips…enjoy…we certainly did!
