Is anyone else having issues with ULA’s website? I’ve been having ongoing issues for a few weeks with not being able to get on their site or having it stop working once I’m on it. I keep getting the message about not being able to establish a secure connection to the sever. I’m also unable to login to my account and when I’ve tried to do a password reset, the reset email never shows up in my inbox or junk mail. I’m trying to get a Circuit ordered for my daughter this weekend and this is getting frustrating.

My login does not work (I haven’t used it in several years but I had a U/P saved) and a password reset did not work.
They are usually quite responsive to emails. I last emailed with them 3 weeks ago and they got back to me in 24 hours. I think they do phone orders too.
Login works for me
I talked to Peter recently. He didn’t think it was an issue on their end, but I have the same problem on my MacBook, iPhone, my computer at work and my daughters Surface Pro. It’s the only website I’m having problems with. I’ve also tried all the things they advise you to do when getting the “can’t connect to server” message.
I just ordered a Camino over the phone a couple of weeks ago, so I know that’s an option, but my daughter wanted to play around with the customizer section on the website.
I’m having no issues on my iPad and iPhone.
Yes, totally frustrating!
I cleared my cache and got on with no trouble. Looks like a newly designed home page with the new 2024 packs.
Sounds like some of your devices web security certificates are expired. If your devices aren’t up to date with the latest software this can happen. If you have an older legacy device that is updated as far as it can, then it’s potentially time to upgrade. Some certificates will only load/store when the device is at a required updated state due to security. The “handshake” from your device to ULA’s servers aren’t quite copasetic. Meaning, it hasn’t given the “secret password” to proceed. This can work on some websites and not others with your computer in this state. Depending on certificates required.
…Just potentially
Seconding the above info on old systems/browsers and security. So many hack attempts on websites everyday. We get customers with that same problem a couple time a month. Like most online reatilers, we update security frequently. Good security will mean that old systems and browsers will not get though. SO, if you hear of a company with a customer with that problem, probably means they are also doing well on keeping your online shoping experience safe.
That’s a great response, Ron. Thank you.
