What are you guys using as your air mattress repair kit in the field? The one that came with the mattress? Just Tenacious Tape? Something like this?
It might be helpful if someone has experience repairing their mattress in the field. What worked? What didn’t?
I don’t normally bring anything other than tenacious tape and duct tape, but I will be doing a longer thru-hike this summer (CT), so I want to be a bit more prepared. Currently using a Synmat UL 7 pad. Thoughts?
David, I used the one that came with the Neoair while in the field. It’s worked great. That was about 3 years ago and I don’t even notice the repair.
