Does anyone have a suggestion/recommendation for an UL hydration pack that will hold a 3-4 L platy bladder and a few essentials like a FAK, headlamp and emergency kit?

Opps. My other criteria is that this can slide into a larger UL backpack like the net “pouch” on the outside of the pack?

These have been in abundance for the last 20 years on the mountain biking market.
