Two pairs of Komperdell made Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS) brand Alpinist trekking poles. Aluminum, cork handles, adjust from 100 cm to 140 cm.
Would like someone to take both pairs (all 4 poles) together, for ease of shipping.
These poles are 20 years old, with cosmetics to match their age. Loads of scratches, losing their paint, two lower sections don’t match because I replaced them when they bent, one cork handle doesn’t match because I replaced it after my dog ate it, length markings are fading and sometimes missing. Snow baskets currently installed, I don’t think I have the smaller trekking baskets.
Fully functional. I recently replaced all the expanders. They were not holding adjustment well, but now they do. Giving away because, like most twist lock poles even when new, they are a bit finicky to lock in the adjustment, and I upgraded to flick lock adjustment poles.
Would be great for kids or scouts, or any application where you won’t want to be too sad when they eventually break.
