TRIPS is now live, the production version 1.0 was released this evening. This is our soft launch period, just so we can monitor use under load to ensure that the platform is stable as traffic grows.
TRIPS is included for free as part of Unlimited Membership, so if you are logged in with your Unlimited Membership account, and access the TRIPS page, look for the Green button.
A huge shoutout to our beta testing community. Without your continuous encouragement, use, and feedback, TRIPS would probably have remained one of my garage projects in perpetuity. Now it’s a polished, elegant app with a constantly improving UI, thanks to you. I’m really grateful for the community here.

PS: I used TRIPS today to explore several different alternatives for this years’ Bob Marshall Wilderness Open. One of my favorite things about the app was identifying alternative routes, other than the shortest and most direct one, that yielded faster times and lower energy! Sneaky!
