I have been using a trailstar as my solo shelter from 2011 to 2021. In 2022 i replaced it with a cricket. But after the TGO challenge in Scotland in 2022 i decided to use a trailstar again and i bought a new one. ( in 20D not the recent one in silpoly). I am going to use it for the first time in may for the 2023 TGO challenge so i just set it up in my garden to spray some permethrin on the inner.
And i dont know how, but it feels different, i couldnt get a decent pitch with 100cm main pole height and with 120cm the door is much higher than it used to be with my previous trailstar.
Was there any change in the geometry ?

At the moment i would 100% exchange my new trailstar for the old one i was ill advised to sell. Ill see if next hike changes my mind or not.
