Trailhead to a particular trail? … or any trail?
I live in the Raleigh Durham area but… Matthews/Charlotte are not far west of the Uwharrie National Forest.

I posted a question on Jan. 6 about a trail head in NC. I just reread my question and realized I should have been more specific. I am hiking the AT from Georgia to NC. So my question Is: On the AT, where would my son in Matthews pick me up? Closest trail head, on the AT, to where he lives.
