Three Piece Ti Nesting Pot/Mug/Bowl?

Hi guys,

My cook kit has vanished, and I’m stumped as to where it migrated to. I’d love to replace with the exact same thing, but it looks like what I want isn’t made anymore…

My old kit was: 900ml Toaks pot, 550 ml Toaks mug, 106ml (I think?) Toaks bowl. Gas canister/stove/etc nested in mug, mug nested in bowl, bowl tested in pot. Looking on the Toaks site it looks like the pot/mug are still made, but the bowl is MIA. Although overkill for one person, the little kit was great for two people. When I’d head out alone, I would just drop the bowl and add in a tiny pot grabber to ensure a solid, rattle free fit.

Does anyone have a good recommendation on a three piece replacement that nests nicely, while maintaining the ability to get gas/stove etc in there as well?

ps: I did email Toaks to see if they had any bowls without handles laying around

I think I have two of these bowls, one larger than the other and have not used them.  You say the 550 nests inside it?  Was that a 550 with or without handles?  I have the no handle version and can check them.  I don’t have the 900.  Let me know if you are interested.

There’s several kits with the bowl outside the pot, both of the ones I’m thinking of are taller and narrower.  Evernew makes one, and so does Snow Peak.  The SP fits a smaller canister and stove.  Not sure you could fit a mug in either with a canister, but you could probably find a larger pot to fit it all.

@ Matt: I’ll take you up on that! Can you give me the diameter of the bowl (and throw the mug in to make sure it nests happily)? I THINK I actually the same bowl on the Toaks site (with handles now, which was throwing me off). Really, I just need to know if it’s the ‘bigger’ or ‘smaller’ bowl they sold at the time so I know what to grab.

@ Bob: My version had handles (the taller, ‘ergo’ style, like these https://www.toaksoutdoor.com/collections/pot95/products/pot-550-l), but either way, PM inbound.

To make sure I wasn’t crazy I did a bit of googling and actually found someone who had the same set up (timestamp: 5 min) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OOgjH2YeBpc

Rough measurements of the outer diameter at the rims of these is 9.9, 10.4 and 11.1 cm. I’ll get out the calipers if you want tomorrow.
