Having owned a Katabatic Gear Palisades quilt, I’ve been very impressed with it. Despite being rated for 30F, I’ve used it in the mid-teens albeit with a down jacket, down pants, booties, and a fleece buff inside a winter tent and was pretty comfy. That being said, I’m interested in the Grenadier version and would like some input from someone who’s used it.

How was it for the temp it’s rated? Were there any improvements you wished it had it did it meet your expectations. If you did not like it, why? If you loved it, why? Not a lot of recent reviews online about this product. Thanks!

I own two Grenadiers, one for use in Alaska and one for winter camping in Arizona.  I love it because it’s got plenty of loft and is very warm and stuffs down to a fairly small package.  I don’t know what else to say.  I guess owning two says it all.  I’ve used it in temps down to the teens wearing Patagonia bottoms and R4 hoody top and been plenty warm.
