As the title suggests, I am wondering wear to buy such stuff. I deconstructed an HMG Porter and the foam they use in the back panel is ideal.
I am also interested in hearing what others are using. I assume 1/8″ evazote is used by many,
Any help appreciated.

Would sheets like these meet your needs? Says they are 2mm thick.
North Shore sells small sheets of stiff EVA. Their 12 and 16 pound is good for back panels.
