Thermo/Isolation Insoles recommendation?

Hi there,

I’m looking for isolation insoles for a photography trip where I’ll be walking/standing around on ice quite a lot. Usually my feet get cold first.

I read about aerogel insoles but they seem to be hard to get. Is this the best isolator around?
The only ones I found are Safety Works CTFM Toasty Feet Mens Shoe insoles Infused with Aerogel.

I’m in Europe but if there are no better recommendations I’ll buy some to try them.
