I contacted Thermarest (via email) about a new Uberlite pad with a faulty valve. They responded saying my request had been received and was being reviewed. Its been almost two weeks and I have yet to hear back from them. There does not appear to be a customer service number to call so other than waiting im not sure how to proceed. If anyone has experience dealing with Thermarest repair/warranty service and can offer any assistance I’d appreciate it.

Old info, but… (206) 505-9500
I went through this. File the online claim, then call. That’s the only way I got my warranty taken care of. Prior to that I had emailed multiple times and in 6 months, no response.
Warranty response seems hit or miss. I had an Uberlite pad that was faulty. They were fairly responsive through email. They had me send photos of the problem and then they replaced the pad with an Xlite. Because they no longer sell the Uberlite they will replace the pad with another pad they they sell (e.g. Xlite or Xtherm or whatever you ask for) It did take a good week or two before they responded when they were sending out the new pad.
