    These tarps look much than the cheap blue ones from big box stores.

    Anybody know where to buy Red Cross / UNHCR tarps at retail?

    Interesting story. Hay is a huge crop on the US and much of it is managed with tarps. There are many types of tarp.fabric available and I can’t help but wonder if the aid agency purchasing staff made it to the US agricultural supply market. Google “hay storage tarps” and you’ll see what mean.
