Although my Seek Outside Unaweep 4800 is my best overall backpack to date, its 4800 cubic inch spec (78 liters) pack seems to hold noticeably less stuff than my previous pack (which was sadly very uncomfortable), a Granite Gear Blaze 60. The “60 liter” pack seems to have more capacity than the 78 liter pack. I have noticed this over the years: Pack volumes, like shoe/boot sizes, don’t mean the exact same thing across different manufacturers. I am not knocking either company here, just noticing from repeated use.

This stuff sack is less than 6L, it’s 5.6L. 12″ tall x 6″ diameter. I agree those ULA pockets are no where near that.
