All this talk about bivy sacks, it’s the tarps that I enjoy. I like the aesthetics.  I like that they can be opened up and still provide shelter when needed. I can see the love for small minimal tarps, I have a couple, but I like a big tarp when I can get away with it.  All tarps are welcome here.

Yes big tarps I like because they can be used for shade from the relentless beating sun!!  And rain too..  but that sun ..  especially when camping or spending any time around camp.
