Synthetic quilt modifications

I am about to order a synthetic summer quilt. I’m already asking the maker to move the cord lock/cinch from the middle to about halfway between the middle and corner. There will be snaps in the bottom third and a cord lock/cinch to close up the footbox and I’m planning to put in a poncho slot; straps to attach it to my sleeping pad included also.

My question is – what other modifications have you (had) done or seen in someone else’s quilt that you wish you had thought of?
