This is a partial review not including use as a bow bag, but rather as a talon and front backpack pocket. Primarily designed to use on the bow of a raft, excess is a bit limited. My ratings reflect only it’s use as a front pocket.

69 USD, 99 USD seam sealed, 5 USD shipping to Colorado.

SWD

Black Ultra 200 or grey Ultra 100.  I have the 200. There’s a choice of trim colors. (Zipper cover).

Water resistant when taped. There’s a flap over the zipper that helps. I didn’t have mine sealed. If water gets inside, I want it to get out. I may seal the top.

This design makes ingress just a little tricky. The zipper cover can be flipped up and out of the way.  Something I’ve just discovered. Not a deal breaker. The zipper is minimal and good quality.  It makes sense for a bow bag. I accept it. As a front pocket and talon, it suits my purpose well. I’ve searched (and searched) . Sockdolager makes a similar product with a mesh back.

It has 3 attachment points on each side, 3 on the top and 2 on the bottom. Built primarily for SWD’s Big Wild backpack, it easily fits other packs as well. I use it on a Kuiu frame as a talon to hold a bear can and dry bags.

Well constructed. Great folks to work with. Mom and pop and now baby. I only downgraded it because ingress could be better if it was merely a front pocket, which they also sell, and also because not everybody has a use for it or it would be a solid 10.
