Weighing in at right around 10 grams with fluid capacity measured right at 8oz. It is just a Fancy Feast 5.5 oz can with the internal lip ground off, and entire inside polished out. I also pounded out all ridges as best I could to get a smoother bottom. Parchment would still be a must due to irregularities on the bottom surface. I realize heat transfer is not quite what a Fat Daddio dish might be but an equivalent Fat Daddio would be about 4x the weight. It fits very nicely with the 10cm IMUSA in the photo.

Nice….thanks for sharing :-)
ooooh, I like this. Hadn’t thought of that option before. Will def give it a try since I’m working on baking setup and have the 10cm IMUSA as one of my main mugs.
I used a 1″ dowel with rounded edges to flatten bottom. Something with a dead flat surface will only work so well.
