Just wanted to share as I (like others) struggle with lunch options. Found the Latin Citrus version of these StarKist Creations pouches at my local market before my recent JMT hike. They are a game changer from a tuna pouch perspective – just dump in a tortilla and you are good to go – tuna, quinoa, white beans, corn, jalapeno, lime…

I recently found pulled pork packets at Walmart. Sweet bbq sauce, very good.
