Any suggestions for where to buy a piece of HDPE and also how to cut it to size? Also, recommendations for thickness? I’m interested in a rectangular piece, about 10″x14″.

TAPs Plastic should have it. I bought some from them at the San Jose store. If no store near you, check on-line. Comes in different thicknesses.
