According to Richard Nisley the UBER BIVY material is Kappler ProVent 10000.

Has anyone tried to DIY anything with this material? If so, details please.

Does anyone known a source for this material?

MilesGear used to sell extra material. You might try contacting them.

I reached out to Kappler and was able to purchase directly. They were very friendly.
