Thanks so much for the report. I love GSMNP. You are right about the views this time of year if you catch some crisp blue days.
Thanks for sharing. I’ve done the Nolan Divide trail in November too, but started at Clingman’s Dome and went down. The November leave can feel like walking in fresh powder at times – a really cool effect but makes it hard to see roots and rocks on the trail.
