I use a Klymit Static V because it is 70d and can take some abuse.  It is about 19oz though also.  Other than the short version of this pad are there other, lighter pads out there that can take some abuse?

Closed cell foam? Or are you looking specifically for an inflatable?

The Thermarest NeoAir XTherm is 15oz and has a 70d bottom (30d top), vs the XLite 30d/30d.  The Prolite is now only 50d.

Why does a sleeping pad need to take abuse? Protect it from punctures on the bottom with a small piece of Tyvek or a 1/8” foam pad (both about 3 oz). Both will offer superior puncture protection compared to 70D fabric.

I bet it’s not what you are looking for, bu the Thermarest Ridgerest is about indestructible.
